The location was marvellous next to truck stop. We loved rooms with fridge.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Check-in/check-out was easy.
Bathroom of room wasn't well cleaned. Lounge chair in room not very inviting; didn't appear clean. Room was located near a truck stop with trucks running all night, a couple hundred feet from my room.

The room was quite spacious, complimentary breakfast was very good.
Room was located next to a truck stop and the lights were very bright. The curtains were only decorations as they could not be closed to prevent the light from flooding our room.

The housekeeping is a failure, I had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned and then it was sub standard

i would book here again, it was a such great experience. the hotel is clean, with consistently courteous personal, and offers favourable location close to moberly, a crowne plaza, and truck stop. have to say i loved very good breakfast.
